Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19 May 2026 

Overview

AML Smart Guard provides subscription-based AML/CTF compliance services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are provided for an initial minimum term of 12 months. During this initial term, customers may not cancel for convenience.

After the initial 12-month term, customers may cancel by giving not less than 20 Business Days’ written notice. Where services are provided on a recurring subscription basis, cancellation will take effect at the end of the Billing Cycle following expiry of the notice period. Customers remain liable for all fees payable up to the effective cancellation date.

Fees paid to AML Smart Guard are generally non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of any Billing Cycle. Subscription fees paid in advance are non-refundable except where required by law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a remedy where services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
